Community News – Barkway Village Market

Barkway Market will take place from 10am until 4pm on Saturday 11th May in Barkway, Hertfordshire, and is expected to attract over 4,000 visitors.

The Market is organised by a team of volunteers on behalf of Barkway Village Hall, which is a registered charity and hosts many of Barkway’s community groups. All proceeds go towards the running of the Hall and is distributed more to local community groups and projects.

There will be over 180 stalls selling unique items ranging from antiques, artisan food & drink, homewares, plants and more.

Entertainment will also be provided for all the family. Delicious homemade food will be available in Barkway Church, and the Food Court will host a licenced bar, fresh coffee and delicious food. And ice cream too!

Adults £4 (children 16 and under free). Parking – suggested donation of £1 to Barkway Scouts who marshall the car park.
