A traditional service of Bible readings and carols which recalls God’s plan for humankind from creation to Christ’s birth. More appropriate for older teens and adults. Due to the recent fire at Royston Parish Church, we are in the process of arranging new venues so that our Christmas services will still go ahead. Keep a check here or on our website www.roystonparishchurch.org.uk/ for further updates.
The 10th Royston Scout Group will deliver your Christmas cards to any address in Royston. Last year we delivered over 1400 cards, and the money raised was used to buy tents and camping equipment to enable us to offer more outdoor activities for the children. Please help us break the 1500 barrier this year! Stamps cost just 30p each, and are available from Ladds on the High Street and McColl’s on Queens Road. Cards can be posted at either shop until lunchtime on Monday 17th December, with the Scouts, Cubs and Beavers hand delivering them later that week.
