Sandon is delighted to welcome local author and RHS award-winning designer Philippa Pearson to open its popular annual fete this year as it celebrates 50 years of Gardeners World. In keeping with the theme, villagers are invited to enter the gardening competitions with entries for living art, impressive veg, veggie animals, biggest bloom and photographs of their gardens through the seasons as well as the hotly contested best homemade preserve, chutney and jam competitions.
