Staff and pupils at Icknield Walk First School had a wonderful surprise when they returned to school after their Christmas break.
The talented graffiti artist, Dave Nash had been busy creating this exciting mural in our outdoor sensory and garden area. The birds depicted are the birds our classes are named after. The children have really enjoyed spotting their class bird. Mrs Sherwood, the head teacher said, ‘The mural is amazing and really makes our garden area extra special. I would like to say a great big thank you to the PTA for raising funds to help pay for this’.
