Meeting Rooms for Hire… The Melbourn Hub has offered meeting rooms as a key part of its services since it first opened eight years ago. The increasing popularity of the Hub prompted a significant building upgrade and expansion in early 2021. Rooms were increased in number and modernised to the highest possible standard.
Four meeting rooms are now available for hire, every one allowing flexible seating configurations particularly suitable for business customers. Rooms provide satisfying levels of privacy, together with air conditioning, secure Wi-Fi, integrated projectors with screens, all supported by secure digital communications.
The competitively priced hire rates are inclusive of all the equipment features mentioned above. Room pricing is also scaled to different users so that non profit-making groups and charities can benefit from generous cost reductions.
The Hub is a fully disabled-friendly venue with all rooms having disability access and toilets on both ground and first floors. The site has two disabled parking bays, dropped kerbs and automatic doors.
Room hire catering packages are available to suit all budgets, either served from the Hub Bookmark Café direct to the meeting room or by enjoying a meal in the spacious ground floor Atrium. Pre-booking is advisable as it’s a popular café venue!
