News From Royston Market: March

New street-food on Royston Market!

There is a new trader starting on the Saturday Market this month. Jayne, the owner of Backstreet Catering is a local chef who first ran a stall on the market in 2010 and worked in a number of establishments in Royston over the past decade including the Old Bull Inn and most recently the Heath Café.

She also ran a very popular pop-up restaurant from her home for a number of years and many people in Royston will know her as ‘Gin House Jayne’.

She will be cooking all- day breakfasts which will include vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. There will be home-made soups as well as other comfort foods to enjoy in this cold weather. Hot and cold beverages are also available with an array of home-made cakes and other treats.
