Three award winning children’s writers will share their insights into the skills needed to engage the interest of a young reader. A panel discussion will be followed by a Q&A session, a book signing and a display of artwork.
The evening will be of particular interest to those involved in choosing books for children – parents, grandparents, teachers and librarians as well as writers for this key audience. £10 per person.

This exhibition by the local Water Aid group gives a great insight into what life was like in our local villages before piped water. We’ll also find out what life is like now for people around the world who are still without piped water.
