We have a number of different walks every Wednesday all of which start at The Heath Café, Baldock Road, Royston, SG8 5BG. At 10am we have a leisurely walk over Therfield Heath covering about 1½ miles. Most weeks we also have a slow/flat walk, subject to demand. Both are opportunities to get a bit of exercise, have a chat and meet new people. The groups come together at the Café for a brew around 11am, please feel free to join us. Our Wednesday afternoon walk is a bit more challenging and a little longer (about 2 miles) and starts at 5pm. As always we end up at the Café for a brew. At 10am we have a leisurely walk over Therfield Heath covering about 1½ miles. Most weeks we also have a slow/flat walk, subject to demand. Both are opportunities to get a bit of exercise, have a chat and meet new people. The groups come together at the Café for a brew around 11am, please feel free to join us. Our Wednesday afternoon walk is a bit more challenging and a little longer (about 2 miles) and starts at 5pm. As always we end up at the Café for a brew. ![]() Come into town and find the crowns hidden in the shop windows. Complete the trail for a chance to win one of two picnic baskets, filled with cakes and treats, perfect for an afternoon tea. For younger children (7 and under), write the correct shop name for each number. Older children (8–11) will need to read the royal fact in each window and write down the relevant date. Happy hunting! The trail will run from 28th May – 11th June 2022.
